Quadrilateral space syndrome (quadrilateral space syndrome) is a series of clinical symptoms caused by compression of the posterior brachial artery and axillary nerve at the quadrilateral foramen. The main manifestations are sensory disturbances of the lateral shoulder arm innervated by the axillary nerve and limited deltoid muscle function.
