Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction syndrome
Acute Colonic Pseudoobstruction Syndrome (Acute Colonic Pseudoobstruction Syndrome) is a group of syndromes of primary or secondary colonic dilatation without the colon itself being affected. It often occurs in chronic and long-term bedridden patients, and the disease is often in the ileocecal or right hemicolon.
