Pediatric meningiomas

Meningioma grows slowly and has a long course of disease, which can even reach more than 10 years. It is the most common benign tumor in the skull. Tumors often grow very large, and clinical symptoms (especially increased intracranial pressure) are not serious; meningiomas are rare in childhood, accounting for only 0.4% to 4.6% of childhood intracranial tumors.
