Poor newborn response
Decreased responsiveness is a group of clinical symptoms used to determine the severity of various diseases in young children. Contains a degree of disturbance of consciousness, decreased muscle tone, reduced physical activity, weak crying, and weak sucking. Newborns not only show a low response to diseases of the central nervous system, but also have low reactions such as severe infections, shock, dehydration, acidosis, metabolic disorders, anemia, hypothermia, and respiratory failure.
