Malignant freckles

Malignant freckles-like nevus is a precursor to malignant melanoma. It is common in middle-aged and elderly people, and it occurs on the skin that is often exposed to sunlight. The clinical manifestations are brown or brown small spotted rash accompanied by deepening or lightening of the color.
