Hyperkeratosis of secondary vulva
Secondary genital hyperkeratosis refers to abnormal thickening of the stratum corneum, often accompanied by granular and spinous layer hypertrophy. Skin appears infiltrated and thickened, with deepened texture, like leather or bark, and may have scales and pigmentation. It is caused by repeated scratching and rubbing, often secondary to itchy skin diseases.
