Tuberculous bladder contracture
Tuberculous bladder contracture is a relatively common late complication of renal tuberculosis. Bladder contractures are mainly caused by tuberculosis lesions and severe fibrosis caused by the bladder muscle layer, which is the main cause of contralateral hydronephrosis.
