Laffer-Aschers syndrome, also known as goiter and lips syndrome, eyelid relaxation syndrome, Laffer-Ascher syndrome, Ascher syndrome. In 1909, Laffer first reported a case of sagging lips and eyelids. Ascher later discovered a third symptom, non-toxic goiter.
