Benign spleen tumor
Benign spleen tumors include spleen hamartomas, lymphangiomas, hemangiomas, fibroids, and lipomas. Benign tumors of the spleen are mostly isolated. When the tumor volume is small, there can be no clinical symptoms and signs, and it is occasionally found when the spleen is removed or at an autopsy.
