Pulmonary nodule
Pulmonary sarcoidosis (sarcoidosis) is a granulomatous disease of multiple systems and multiple organs of unknown etiology, which often invades the lungs, bilateral hilar lymph nodes, eyes, skin and other organs. The chest invasion rate is as high as 80% to 90%. The disease has a worldwide distribution, with a high incidence in European and American countries, and it is rare in Eastern nations. Pulmonary nodule is a common and difficult to diagnose disease in thoracic surgery. Its diagnosis and treatment have been clinical difficulties and hot points of discussion. Its etiology is complex, its clinical manifestations lack specificity, its diagnosis is difficult, and it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed.
