Convoluted linear ichthyosis

There are obvious "bilateral" scales around it, which are specific. Its generalized erythema and dry, slender scales are like histopathology of psoriasis: they show nonspecific changes. It should be distinguished from ichthyosis-like erythroderma at an early stage. Polycyclic skin lesions and abnormal hair can be identified. Can be used topically with 0.1% Vitamin A acid cream. Corticosteroids can reduce symptoms.
