Antiplatelet membrane glycoprotein autoantibody
The antiplatelet membrane glycoprotein autoantibody assay is to measure blood antiplatelet membrane glycoprotein autoantibodies by flow cytometry (FCM), and to study its significance in the diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an immune disease. Anti-platelet autoantibodies produced by patients combine with platelet antigens, resulting in rapid clearance of platelets from the circulation.
