Deep sea phobia

"Deep-sea phobia" is actually a type of phobia. It also has many causes, but in general, it has a lot to do with the patient's past fear experience. People with such phobias are often afraid because they are afraid of being unable to escape from their situation. People with phobias have a common characteristic in that patients know that their fears and anxieties are excessive, unnecessary, and unreasonable, but they cannot be controlled, which affects normal life and work, and they feel pain in their hearts. Fear attacks are often accompanied by obvious autonomic symptoms.
