Vulvar bulging skin fibrosarcoma

Vulvar bulging cutaneous fibrosarcoma is a low-to-moderate malignant fibrous histiocytoma. It has a long course, slow growth, localized lesions, easy recurrence after local resection, and rare metastases. Vulvar disease is less common and occurs in the trunk and proximal limbs of adults.
