Hereditary abnormal fibrinogenemia

Hereditary abnormal fibrinogenemia is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease with a high penetrance rate. The vast majority of patients are heterozygous. However, a small number of homozygotes and composite heterozygotes have been reported in the literature.
