Eyelid erysipelas
Eyelid skin erysipelas is an acute inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue caused by type B streptococcal infections. Most of them are caused by erysipelas on the face or other parts. The upper and lower eyelids can develop simultaneously and spread to surrounding tissues.
