Vaginal granulocytic sarcoma
Vaginal granulocytic sarcoma can be seen in recurrent acute myeloid leukemia, and can occur at the same time as breast myeloid sarcoma. There have also been reports of acute myeloid leukemia due to bone marrow biopsy for diagnosis of vaginal myeloid sarcoma. At the time of diagnosis, peripheral blood and bone marrow biopsy were normal, and some developed acute myeloid leukemia after 1 week and 7 months, respectively. Granulocytic sarcoma is also called green tumor. It can be seen clinically in acute myeloid leukemia or chronic myeloproliferative disorders, and it can also be diagnosed without any hematological diseases.
