Bladder leiomyosarcoma

Leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a malignant tumor composed of smooth muscle cells or smooth muscle differentiation cells. Sarcomas originating from the urogenital system are rare. Among them, leiomyosarcoma is more common in adults, and rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common in children. So far, leiomyosarcoma that occurs in ureter, bladder, and urethra has been reported in the literature. Among them, bladder leiomyosarcoma is most frequently reported, followed by urethra. May be urinary smooth muscle tissue or vascular smooth muscle tissue.
