Glucagonoma syndrome
Glucagonoma syndrome (glucagonoma syndrome), also known as necrolytic migratory erythema, is characterized by recurrent occurrence of necrolytic migratory erythema, stomatitis, weight loss, and diabetes. Pancreatic cell-only tumor syndromes that are associated with the secretion of glucagon, about 80% of the tumors are malignant, and half may be metastatic. Skin lesions often appear several years before the tumor, and the etiology is not clear. It is presumed to be related to hyperglucagon secretion.
