Myocarditis
Myocarditis refers to localized or diffuse inflammation of the myocardium caused by various reasons. Although some myocarditis may be regarded as secondary cardiomyopathy by some scholars due to the transition to congestive or restrictive cardiomyopathy at the end stage, after all, myocarditis is a distinguishable disease type in pathology. There are many causes of myocarditis, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, immune responses, and physical and chemical factors.
