Osteochondrosis of femoral skull
Femoral skull and sacral osteochondrosis is a secondary articular osteochondrosis, the main cause of which is the embolization of the epiphyseal vessels caused by some factors, leading to all or part of the ossification center of the epiphysis necrosis, and may be accompanied by cartilage internalization and bone disorders. Femoral skull patellar osteochondrosis is also known as ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in children, or Legg-Calvegrave; -Perthes disease, which was described by three scholars in 1910, referred to as Perther disease. The disease is caused by different degrees of necrosis of the femoral skull caused by blood flow disorders of the femoral head. The flattened deformity of the femoral head is often left after the lesion has healed, so it is also called flat hip.
