Mycosis fungoides

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a malignant tumor of T cell origin. Also known as granuloma fungoides, is an epithelial cutaneous lymphoma. It is characterized by helper T cell proliferation, and Langerhasns cells and interdigitated reticular cells also participate in the lesion. The course of the disease is chronic and progressive, with various forms of erythema and invasive lesions in the early stage, which later develop into tumors, which may involve lymphoid viscera in the later stages.
