Sparse white matter
Sparse white matter is more common in people over 50 years of age, and it is common in patients with dementia and cerebrovascular disease. CT features are bilateral low-density symmetrical white matter, or cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebral atrophy.
