Gallbladder cancer in the elderly

Among the malignant tumors of the gallbladder, carcinoma of the gallbladder occupies the first place. Others still have sarcomas, carcinoids, primary malignant melanomas, giant cell adenocarcinomas, etc. Gallbladder cancer has an insidious onset, most of which are asymptomatic in the early stage, and clinical manifestations are non-specific. It can be similar to acute, chronic cholecystitis or cholelithiasis, and attention should be paid to the identification. About half of the patients are in the right upper quadrant and mass. Fever, ascites, and anemia.
