Diphenhydramine poisoning

Diphenhydramine is a commonly used antihistamine. In children, bendryl poisoning is caused by misuse or misuse of large doses, with a lethal dose of about 40 mg / kg. Occasionally allergic reactions occur at the therapeutic dose.
