Neuromuscular rigidity
Neuromyotonia is also known as Isaacs syndrome, continuous muscle fiber activity, and myoseism with impaired muscular relaxation. The disease is more common in adolescents, both men and women, and some patients have a family genetic history. Slow onset and progressive exacerbation, characterized by involuntary continuous vibration of the shoulder, thigh, and calf muscles. Lighter people can alleviate or disappear after sleeping, and severe people can still appear in sleep.
