Notched or narrow duodenum

Retroperitoneal lymphadenitis, abdominal pain can occur intermittently, and anti-infection or anti-tuberculosis and antispasmodic treatments are often ineffective. There have been reports of compression or displacement of the proximal ureter and kidney, pyloric obstruction, stiffness of the stomach wall, notch or stenosis of the duodenum, enlargement of the duodenal iliac crest, and lateral colon displacement.
