Neonatal hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia
Neonatal hypoglycemia is a common neonatal disease, which mostly occurs in preterm infants, term infants, diabetic mothers and newborns, hypoxia, asphyxia, scleredema, infection and sepsis. The incidence of full-term infants of this disease is 1% to 5%, low birth weight infants can reach 15% to 25%, neonatal asphyxia is about 20% to 30%. Neonatal hyperglycemia (hyperglycemia) refers to whole blood glucose of 7mmo1 / L (125mg / dl), or plasma sugar of 8.12 to 8.40mmol / L (145 to 150mg / dl), which is caused by a low neonatal renal glucose threshold.
