Gluteal epithelial neuralgia

It is very common clinically, it is more common in cold areas and manual workers, and the incidence of tunnel workers is particularly high. The gluteal epithelial nerve trunk is a skin branch group composed of the lateral branches of the posterior branch of the lumbar nerves 1, 2, and 3. When it passes through the fascia of the lower back, it reaches the subcutaneous level, and across the mid-condyle to the buttocks.
