Non-adrenergic pseudohermaphroditism
During pregnancy, especially early pregnancy, pregnant women taking progesterone, estrogen and androgen may virilize female embryos or fetuses. The effects of taking estrogen at different stages of pregnancy on the virilization of female fetuses are also inconsistent. If you take sex hormones before 12 weeks of pregnancy, the closure of the lip sac is more obvious; if you use sex hormones after 12 weeks of pregnancy, the clitoral enlargement is more obvious, and sometimes the vaginal opening is in the urethra, but it is rare.
