Subclavian artery-axillary aneurysm
Aneurysms in the distal subclavian artery often involve the first axillary artery, called the subclavian-axillary aneurysm. The most common cause is the thoracic outlet syndrome caused by the cervical ribs and fibrous cords. More common in young women, more common to the right.
