Congenital diaphragmatic hernia
Diaphragmatic hernias are the most common in diaphragmatic diseases. The most common non-traumatic diaphragmatic hernias are esophageal hiatal hernia, thoracoabdominal hiatal hernia, parasternal hernia, and absent palate. Diaphragmatic hernias vary in severity and are mainly determined by the volume of abdominal organs in the hernia into the chest, the degree of organ dysfunction, and the degree of increase in intrathoracic pressure on respiratory dysfunction, but they can be roughly divided into two categories: Functional changes in abdominal organ hernias into the chest (2) Respiratory and circulatory dysfunction due to compression of the chest organs.
