Epithelioid sarcoma
Epithelial sarcoma (epithelioid sarcoma) is a slow-growing intradermal or subcutaneous nodule whose tissue origin is unknown. Almost all injuries occur in the limbs and more than half occur in the hands or wrists. The nodules gathered in the center of necrosis and arranged around the grid. There are two types of tumor cells with atypical nuclei. Tumors mainly occur in young people between 20 and 40 years of age. Two thirds of them occur in men. The extremities are more common. Half of them are reported in the hand. Painless nodules of the left and right diameters ruptured after 2 to 3 months, and ulcers appeared, gradually infiltrating deep, and infiltrating along the fascia, tendon, and nerve.
