Epididymal enlargement
The clinical manifestations of prostate tuberculosis often involve epididymis, enlarged and hard, irregular surface, nodular, mild tenderness, and occasionally beaded nodules. When the lesion is severe, there are pain during ejaculation, blood ejaculation, decreased semen, and sexual dysfunction.
