Primary splenic lymphoma

Primary splenic lymphoma (PSL) is a rare malignant lymphoma, which refers to the disease that first originates in the spleen without the involvement of extrasplenic lymphoid tissues. The spleen itself is a large lymphoid hematopoietic tissue, often a site invaded by malignant lymphoma, especially the late stage of HD, which is extremely susceptible to spleen. But it is indeed rare in the spleen.
