Plasminogen activity
Plasminogen is a single-chain glycoprotein that is synthesized in the liver and is found in plasma. Its main function is to lyse plasmin at arginine and valine to form plasmin under the action of various plasminogen activators. Degrade and dissolve fibrin clots.
