Pediatric methylmalonic acidemia
Methylmalonic acidemia (methylmaloni cacidemia), also known as methylmalonic aciduria, is an autosomal recessive inheritance. The main clinical manifestations are severe intermittent ketoacidosis, increased methylmalonic acid in blood and urine, and often accompanied by central nervous system symptoms.
