Varicose veins of the lower limbs

Refers to the lesion only in the superficial veins of the lower extremities. Due to its valvular insufficiency and weak vein walls, it affects blood return and causes veins to extend, bend, and dilate. Most of them occur in the great saphenous vein, and a small number of patients have a small saphenous vein or a small saphenous vein. The superficial veins of the disease manifest as elongation, dilation, and meandering flexion, which mostly occur in people who are permanently engaged in standing work and manual labor.
