Total pulmonary vein ectopic reflux
Complete pulmonary vein ectopic reflux refers to all pulmonary veins that do not enter the left atrium but directly into the right atrium or the systemic venous system. It often coexists with atrial septal defect. The incidence of congenital heart disease accounts for 1.5 to 2%.
