Vulvar fibroma

Vulvar fibroma is a benign tumor derived from connective tissue of the vulva. Vulvar fibroma is not a common tumor, but it is a common tumor in benign solid tumors of the vulva. Tumors are usually pedicled, small or medium in size, and occasionally can grow very large. Tumors are often solitary, with a spherical or oval shape, with leafy surfaces, smooth and hard; if degenerative changes occur, the tumor can become soft.
