Esophageal carcinoid

Carcinoid of esophagus originates from the neuroectoderm, which mainly occurs in the digestive tract, accounting for 0.87% of gastrointestinal malignancies. It is an Apdo (peptide hormone tumor produced by Apudoma) tumor, also known as silver cell tumor Pheochromocytoma.
