Werner syndrome

This syndrome is also known as premature adulthood, cataract-scleroderma-premature syndrome, which is a congenital autosomal recessive genetic disease. It has an elderly appearance, short stature, adolescent white hair, young cataracts, and hard skin on the limbs. Disease-like skin changes, osteoporosis, tissue calcification, diabetes, and hypogonadism are the main features.
