The Achilles tendon is the body's largest and most powerful tendonous tissue, which is a combination of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. Achilles tendon tear is a common injury in sports. The pathological changes of Achilles tendon mainly include inflammatory lesions of Achilles tendon, chronic injury of Achilles tendon, and acute injury of Achilles tendon.
