Fatal midline granuloma

Lethal midline granuloma is a destructive non-specific granulomatous ulcer of central tissue of unknown origin. It is chronic and progressive with a poor prognosis. First reported by Stewart in 1944. Also known as facial granuloma of the face, progressive lethal granuloma, gangrenous rhinitis.
