Maxillary protrusion
Maxillary protrusion is the normal position of the lower jaw on the head, and the upper jaw protrudes forward before the lower jaw, forming a deep superocclusion. It is a very common dental and jaw deformity. It can be caused by heredity, bad habits and diseases.
