Hemorrhagic salpingitis

Hemorrhagic salpingitis is a special type of acute salpingitis. Hemorrhage occurs in the interstitial layer of the fallopian tube, breaks through the mucosal epithelium and enters the lumen, and even flows from the umbrella end into the abdominal cavity, causing hemorrhage in the fallopian tubes and abdominal cavity. There are few reports of this disease in foreign literature, and there are only a few cases of misdiagnosis in China. However, reports have gradually increased in the past decade, and have gradually been recognized by clinicians. It has not become a rare case and is one of the new acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.
