Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a special type of primary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, first reported by Japanese scholar Yamaguchi in 1976. It is different from classic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is often not accompanied by left ventricular outflow tract dynamic obstruction and pressure gradient.
