Acute pericarditis
Acute pericarditis is a syndrome caused by acute inflammation of the visceral and parietal layers of the pericardium. Clinical features include chest pain, pericardial fricatives, and a series of abnormal ECG changes. The clinical manifestations of acute pericarditis are latent and easily missed. Acute pericarditis has many causes, which can come from the pericardial disease or part of the systemic disease. Tuberculosis, non-specific, tumorous are more common clinically, and systemic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and uremia are common. Pericardial lesions are easily affected by other lesions.
