Spinal canal wall resection and decompression

Thoracic and thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis with one of the following conditions: 1. With paraplegia, x-ray, ct or mri confirmed or estimated dead bone or necrotic tissue protruding into the spinal canal. 2. Lumbar puncture Que's test showed obstruction. 3. The lesion is located behind the vertebral body, and it is difficult to remove the anterior side. 4. The kyphosis of the vertebral body is severe, and the posterior edge of the vertebral body forming an acute angle compresses the spinal cord.
