Adult inguinal hernia

Adult inguinal hernia is different from pediatric inguinal hernia. Adult inguinal hernia is formed after the peritoneal sheath process has been completely occluded. Due to the weak inner ring, the oblique hernia is formed, and the hernia sac enters the inguinal canal. It is through the weak point on the posterior wall rather than in the spermatic cord, it is acquired acquired hernia, so it is also called acquired inguinal hernia. Adult inguinal hernias are sometimes difficult to distinguish from straight hernias, especially in cases with a long history and large hernias.
